Dez Bryant and Jermaine Gresham

How ridiculous would it be if by some miracle Gresham fell to the second due to the injury and we had Bryant fall into our lap in rd. one.

Add those two weapons and our offense could be scary good.

Honestly, I wouldn't be crazily surprised if this happened. I would be ecstatic yes, but I highly doubt that the FO will spend both of our first two picks on offensive players unless we can revamp our defense through the FA. Both Bryant's and Gresham's draft stocks have fallen, and with the team playing as it is, Bryant is certainly within range. Gresham is now projected into the later part of the first round, even possibly second, depending on how he performs at the combine. If we can get these two players, the Dolphins offense as the potential of becoming elite within a couple of years.
 
I'd rather imagine our defense if we landed McClain, and by some miracle Jerry Hughes lasted until round 2.

True, but if the right WR, potentially in the mold of a A. Johnson, Ocho, Harrison, S Smith (good for 10 years),falls into our laps, we have to give it a shot....

Wilfork will probably get resigned. But Franklin from San Fran would be great. Cam Thomas later in the draft as well. My dream FA would include Franklin, Dumerville/Merriman, Ryans/Jackson/Dansby.

I agree as stated in my sig, but there's nothing wrong with wanting the best there is.

SF doesn't have any significant FA's so Franklin may not see the light of freedom.

NE is also transitioning to the 4/3 and may not want to pay a DT big time money.

Haven't heard anything about them moving to a 4-3 so you could be right. I would love Franklin, and then draft a Cam Thomas later in the draft for depth.
 
Looking at our current record and the teams we play down the stretch....I'm not sure there will be anyone drafting in front of us that would go for a WR....
 
we need to get receivers through free agency cant waste draft picks this year to many holes on defense. Defense wins championships, offenses make fans happy!!! i would rather have a defense that can force turnovers and give our offense a short field just like they had in baltimore. a great defense makes a good offense great.
