After reading a lot of posts, its pretty clear you can put 2 and 2 together at this point and figure out what's going on. Since Garrett was not allowed to speak to other teams and declined Saban's offer, it's obvious he will be named our new OC. So with this info, which HC is most likely? Garrett was a backup QB when Gailey was in Dallas, so there's no doubt they will get along and Garrett will know what Gailey wants to do. Meanwhile, Mora is a west coast offense guy, which is something I don't think Garrett is familiar with. (Not to mention our personnel clearly favors Gailey's running mentality).

So all of this screams

HC - Gailey
OC - Garrett
DC - Capers
GM - Mueller

which I am quite happy with actually. And for those who don't think Gailey should be given a second chance in the NFL, how's Belichick doing his second time around?

As long as we dont pick Mora Jr. Im fine...i just dont understand everyone in the country knows we need offense.

i would be ok with that lineup

please put "opinion" in the thread title, so we can avoid this stupidity

I would be ok if it happened aslong as we don't become a run first pass only if u have to offense. Ronnie is good but I don't think he can carry 30 times a game and we don't know which if any Minor, Sammy, or Ricky will be back. If they can get Jarrett u know they are going to be passing alot more.

sounds good to me im not gonna lie. gailey isnt my first choice but he could be the best fit that is available. lets look at it like this, ppl dont like gailey cause he is run first pass second... we did take ronnie brown with the 2nd overall pick and he is my favorite player on this team. if we get asante samuel and other free agents to make our defense remain on top, the combo of ricky and ronnie will be a big problem to other teams defenses. not to mention that playaction from c-pep to chambers everyones been waiting for! lol

No. It's obvious he doesn't want to go to Alabama and the Dolphins don't want him to go to Cleveland. And that's about it. When you hear hooves, think horses, not zebras.

Meanwhile, Mora is a west coast offense guy

Mora isn't an offense guy at all. Atlanta was running a WCO because that's what the FO wanted to run. Mora's strictly a defense guy.

Definitely not my first choice, but at this point I can live with it...

And what makes Mora a 'west coast' guy if'n he is a DEFENSIVE guy ....

I don't think that Vick falls into a West Coast style offense either ....

Bottom Line ... outside of his 'mouth' getting him into trouble with the press -- I'd take Mora, Jr over Gailey EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK !!

Garrett can stay on with either HC ...

Even though Mora doesn't really want to be here? Even though he rather be coaching college ball in Washington? Even though we just got through a freagin ordeal where our guy didn't want to be here and would rather be coaching college ball? What the hell is a matter with you fans? All you Mora supporters should seriously find Mora's interview, the one that got him canned, and download it... immediately.
