Impact of JT and ZT on players?

How big of an impact do u think Thomas and Taylor would have on a guy like Lavar or TO.

Im talking about the big talkers and jerks that have teh attitude.
Do you think that say we get a guy like Aarington Thomas and Taylor would keep him quiet or do u feel that he would still act the same.

W/ TO, because our offense doesnt have any real leaders. i think Saban would have to take TO (if we got him) and really just lock him away from everyone.
