Heard on the radio today here in NY that TORONTO is a dome stadium and it will be closed for the game sunday. Can't seem to confirm this anywhere, anybody have an answer?

yes its a retractable roof stadium, and the roof will be closed.

Dolphins fan from Toronto here.....
The Rogers Centre (formerly "Skydome") is home to the Toronto Blue Jays and the CFL's Toronto Argonauts. Once the Blue Jays season finishes, they seal the dome shut for the winter. It is against their policy to open it in the Blue Jays off-season. It seats about 60,000. Tickets for this game are priced out of control. Cheap seats for over $200 or $300 a piece.
A story has picked up steam locally where Bills fans have petitioned to have the dome opened for their "home" game. However, it physically cannot happen..... there is no proper drainage in the stands or below the field anyway.

Ha, seriously Buffalo actually practices in doors all year, so they aren't really a cold weather team either.
