yes the dolphins are horrible and it can feel embarrassing, sad, shameful, enraging, indifferent, to be a fan

but guess what - it is actually hilarious how this franchise is run. it just does the opposite of the correct thing to do all the time. its crazy but true. the draft picks, the free agent signings, the coaches, the owners all the way down to the stadium pa announcer are the tails side on the coin flip and the winner is heads every time. it is truly hilarious. i watch the game and make fun of the dolphins. its great! its so much better than being mad or sad.

and you know what - at least we are always being talked about. our greatest weapon, the suck for luck campaign, is garnering national media attention by week 6. you gotta love it. thats gotta be a media record.

yup, the dolphins are quite the entertaining team. how much worse would it be to be a vikings fan or something - having talent some years, getting your hopes up and crushing them. thats worse than hilariously bad, imo

I've particularly enjoyed all the "renouncing my dolphin fandom" threads; no one gives a ****, you just want attention.

In some ways I agree with ya.

I mean, to think, work your tail off in the offseason- blood, sweat, and tears. Hours of film study on opponents tendencies, memorizing that thick playbook, learning your role, training your mind and body to become one, all in effort to suck azz and embarrass yourself royally on national tv. Repeat for years and years.

It does seem pretty silly, comical, and insane.

I find embarrassments like Rex's pressers deflecting that his erotic foot fetishist, immoral, adulterous, bi-curious perversions are "personal business" entertaining. I find revelations that the jest front office pimped their female employees for Bretta Favre entertaining. Stuff like that puts a smile on my face. Maybe I just have too much testosterone, but this train-wreck in Miami does anything but that! Sorry :idk:

I patiently await the day that you join us on the Suck for Luck crusade...

I think it's coming soon...

I started laughing at this team during week 3. They aren't going anywhere, but I'm still going to watch the games because I love my team. There's no point in getting mad anymore, just enjoy the game and when they screw up I just laugh. It's nothing but terrible coaching, terrible decision making, and ultra-conservative philosophies.

When we had a 1 minute 30 in the 2nd quarter and just sat on the ball, that's when I completely, 100% gave up on this team. Sparano felt he was lucky to only be down whatever the score was (7-10 points) at half. He should have been fired at halftime for doing some stupid **** like that.

For me its not entertaining but it is funny.. Hilarious at times.. Watching this team play. I couldnt count how many times last year I would just sit and start laughing uncontrollably watching this team play. It sucks because you know they are just going to completely **** it up.

This year I am numb to it. I just watch the game with 99.9% confidence they will lose and I want them to lose. Although this past week against the Jets was the first time since week 1 I actually rooted for them to win.. Then in classic Fin Fashion, they ****ed it up. I have never been so sick to my stomach seeing that DB on the sidelines as I was on Monday..

Not even remotely entertaining. Maybe I have rejection issues or something but never going to be much of a fan of being laughed at by EVERY single person that talks about us.

At least we're being talked about?? No thanks, I would rather be ignored than talked about like we are now.

That part actually pissed me off big time, what a loser he is.

I laughed at Henne when he got hurt..

Shame on me..

I wish he was playing instead of Matt Moore.
