This team has managed to pull out their collective penises and piss all over everyone's playoff expectations! That sure as hell didn't take long. "The Dolphins have one of the best defensive lines in football" Not only is that not accurate... after two weeks, it's damn laughable. "The Dolphins have one of the deepest receiving corps in the league" I can't damn tell, as only 2 guys seem to being doing anything (Landry, Matthews). "The dolphins are ready to challenge the patriots for the division title" Really? After two games I'm not sure this team will not be last in the division. "Sue will make our linebackers better" We still have one good linebacker and that's Jenkins, Sheppard looks no better than he was last year, neither does Misi. And Suh is having a hard time making his damnself better let alone others.
AND - ALL OF THE PROBLEMS WE HAD LAST YEAR, STILL EXIST!
1. Offensive line - Still Bad
2 Linebackers - Still Bad
3. Secondary - Still Average
Seems like we shuffled the pieces but are getting the same results. Which leads me to this... What is the Damn Problem! To me, it has to be coaching NO? Yea players gotta make plays, that jump ball Broytles threw up to Robinson... DB's were in position and they have to make that play, coaches put them in the right position but the failed to make the play. Thats on them.
But there's plenty to blame coaches for... Why would you blitz... AND PLAY YOUR DB'S 10 YARDS OFF THE DAMN BALL? Isn't the purpose of the blitz to either get a sack or force the QB into making a mistake. how can he make a mistake when you're making it easy for him by giving him the quick throw? Makes no sense.
It seems like Lazor hates running the ball and is calling run plays out of spite. I think if he could throw the ball every down he would. I absolutely hate running out of the shotgun or pistol formation especially on short yardage downs.
And Philbin.... I'm just tired :confused:
