Culture has been changed. Finally.

You could feel it on the day he was flying to Miami for his press conference and he was talking to Tua on the phone.
Proof will be in the pudding--- but I think he's assembled a very good staff as well.

I really knew nothing about him when he was hired, but as I looked in to his background and saw his first interviews he's the most exciting hire since Shula. That has continued since then. No matter what our final record is this year I already think he is a great head coach and hope he retires in Miami many years from now.
