I just am glad he was able to pull it off. The way the Jets and Bills are playing lately gives the Fins a chance to pull themselves out of the AFC East basement and let one of them hold that dubious spot.

I was talking to a life long broncos fan last night and even he admitted that the broncos are winning in spite of Tebow. He needed a defensive td to beat the jets and an onside kick to beat the Phins... its not like he's done all of this himself. The D is obviously keeping them in games in spit of tebow horrible play.

Yeap. That Denver defense is a bigger reason the Broncos are 4-1 their last five games moreso than Tebow is.

11-28 in his past two games lol. You have to do better than that.

And the Jets have to do a better job preparing for that garbage offense. Definitely didn't help that they had a short week.

Funny thing though...The defense could not win with Orton.

I root for Tebow too, but quite honestly his defense has kept them in games, largely because they have played against some pedestrian offenses. Can anyone seriously see the Broncos beating a team with any kind of offense.
He's leading his team to some wins, but its not like he is putting up 24+ points/game

I mean they've given up 15 to the Dolphins, 45 to the Lions, 24 to the Raiders, 10 to the Chiefs, and 17 to the Jets.

We all know what happened vs the Phins. The Lions game shows what happens to a Tebow-led team when they play teams who can score. The Raiders game, McGahee had 163 yds while Tebow completed 10 of 21 passes. The Chiefs game, Tebow goes 2 for 8. The Jets game, the Broncos have 130 some total yards of offense until that last drive.

Who the **** knows. Is this similar to Moses parting the Red Sea? Is God parting the defense Denver plays b/c of Mr. Religious?

They were not stars until Tebow enabled them so its hard to say its not Tim leading them to W's right now.

Dumervil had a 17 sack season a mere 2 years ago. He was injured in pre-season last year, so he didnt play and it lead to a slow start this season. Regardless, hes been one of the better pass rushers since entering the league.
Von Miller was collecting sacks and making a run at the rookie sack record with Kyle Orton behind center.

Doesn't surprise me that people are attributing sacks to Tebow now.

Tebow was taken in the 1st round...if he was a late round pick, the expectations would be much different. He's a 240lb fullback/H-Back who can throw the ball much better than any other NFL fullback. If he continues to think he can continue to win in this league running like he did against the Jets for a 16 game season, his career will last 5 years (probably last longer in the CFL). So if your a Tebow fan, enjoy it now because it sure won't last for very long at this rate.
Nice to see Revis make a "business decision" when avoiding Tebow coming at him!

Our defense couldn't do dick when Henne was starting. Now they're looking like they have some life and fire.
