Incognito is a racist piece of crap (and I know you are seeing this Incognito Sr), and a backwater redneck. Martin, however, had a year and a half to take this to a coach or veteran player or confront Incognito himself. You are a 350+ pound lineman in the NFL. Your job is to manhandle other behemoth lineman. Man up and tell that POS you aren't taking it anymore. The reason why Martin isn't being respected, as twisted as it sounds, is because he is seen as weak hearted and a coward.

My blame goes to the locker room veterans, coaching staff, and front office on how they are handling it. Philbin is no leader, and Ireland is a deer caught in head lights as usual. They have embarrassed this franchise for the last time. I say Ross cleans house and completely starts over. I'm over this regime and how they have tainted this team. This has gone farther than just football - this is about legacy.

I'm all for ditching Ireland, but I'd give Philbin and Coyle one more year. Can't say the same for Sherman though, I want him out.

I mean, it's not like anybody pre-draft last year could really guess from Martin "ah this guys probably mentally weak." I remember hearing a phone interview from him before he moved to S FL. He sounded pretty formal, very serious, very responsible, very hardworking. NOT the kind of guy who would walk away from the team, or launch a giant scandal.

What I DO blame Ireland for, is that Martin wasn't very strong physically then and now, which Was a glaring issue and remained an issue. Not a great draft pick for a Tackle in my mind, and hey, that's Ireland's job to oversee those picks.

Incog, I've always been OK with having on the team, but it is what it is right? Bring in a firecracker of a guy, if he pops, it was you who brought him here -- you're getting the blame.

I can see it now, Martin was drafted by Ireland who knew that he wasn't where he needed to be but had talent, so he pulled Incognito aside and said hey take this guy under your wing and make him mentally and physically tougher by any means necessary.
