I agree, but why did Cog's fine them if they didn't show up and where did the fine money go to?

Did you stop to think perhaps this was an attempt to bond so they would play better? Unity, brotherhood, esprit de corps .... beers and titties is better than movie night or camping or any of those other types of team building IMO.

The Vegas trip....

Player get fined throughout the year and that money is used for various activities at the end of the season that they do as a group...could be a trip or party or something else.

As far as why Cog fined them, Don't know....maybe he wanted them all to hang out more together to build up the fraternity...

Back to team activities. I've done that before to buy soda's and snacks and stuff like that for my guys. Happens all the time.

Well, how has it been working so far? To reiterate, if they were playing well I could care less where their meetings occur or what they do in their free time.

I own my own business, so please don't be condescending, its not necessary we can agree to disagree....any meeting I've had outside of the office was always after the deal had been closed or they were for entertainment purposes only and not to conduct business....

You don't fine teammates for not showing up at the strip bar just because you call it a meeting...again it the decision making that I have an issue with....

and I know all about writing off business expenses and I am pretty sure Cog's didn't call this a meeting for that purpose considering he couldn't claim it as such......

Obviously when they had a fat whinny bitch rat fink in the group, it didn't work very well. But hey, at least Cogs tried.

Would you trust giving your hard earned money to Richie so he could do the right thing with it? LOL that vid of him and Pouncey at the bar was probably were that fine money went.....
