he'd be best off telling everyone how his parent were abusive bigots and he's been fighting those demons for a long time. i think it would be pretty close to the truth anyway

Take ownership of the words, apologize and move on. To go the culture of the locker room route only makes you look like a bigger moron.

And it will make the investigation long on the locker room. He is putting it on the Dolphins and NFL it seems to me.
 
Not going bother with a POS who's only recognition with the Dolphin's will be this debacle. The only thing I like out of all of this is that despite Ireland's contract extension, that incompetent d-bag will be gone.
