Increase the Dolphin knowledge amongst the brother and sisters

This is a family of Miami Dolphin fans and we are all here to support our team in conversation and debate. Please remember that there is a human being on the other side whether it is a fellow fan or a player. If you post how you would want to be treated then this forum will be elevated to the best it can be and make us all proud. The last several days I have seen posts trying to talk down, degrade, and or one up another member. It is not whether you can put another brother or sister down, but whether you can increase there knowledge about our beloved Dolphins with respect, tact, and enjoyable conversation. I read and enjoy a lot of the posts.:up: So here is to a great 2014 Miami Dolphins season.:brewskis:

I look forward to sharing beers with some of the brothers and sisters in 2015 by coming out for a Miami home game. This year I am out of vacation time as I have to go and see my father who recently had some very serious health concerns.

FFIC, forgive me if I am mistaking, but didn't you have a fellow dolphin fan and friend who committed suicide a few years ago? As with most everyone here, I love the Dolphins and they are very important to me; however, in the overall scheme of things should my passion for the Dolphins rank above how I treat my fellow fin fan or for that matter people in general? I know I am far from perfect and have some work to do in that area. Thanks for reminding me to where my priorities should be.

Brother Steve. I don't believe he committed suicide but I had a fellow Dolphin fan Brother Raul pass away. May he rest in peace. One of the best people I have met being a Dolphin fan. Steve I am not asking you to reduce your passion for the Dolphins, but just to remember that there are always multiple ways to respond in life.:hi5: Thanks again for your post and membership bro.

enjoy your time with pops. it'll be mid 80s in NC this weekend but im sure it'll be humid as a mudda. if you happen to step out to a bar in the midst of visiting, I have nothing to offer you on what you will see. the entire state is diverse in the fan base, even with the hometown panthers. I can pull for the panthers, but wayyyyy too many steelers and cowboys fans for my liking (but sadly that's everywhere). luckily I don't think ive ever ran into a jets or bills fan in NC so that's a plus

I hope everything goes well for your fathers situation. Enjoy every minute you have with your father. You never know what could be your last interaction with him.
I recently lost my father. Talked to him on the phone on Memorial Day. 6 days later he was gone. I didn't realize at the time that I would never talk to him again.
So appreciate every moment.

Sorry for your loss. Even though we know that day is eventually coming, you just can't comprehend when it actually happens.
It takes a while to get over it.
