We all knew we had two slightly above average procession wr in Cam and Bess back during off season. Ginn was unreliable or you may say has not reached his potential, why on earth would the management wasted two drafts in another two procession type wr. Why not take a chance on a couple speedy wr from smaller school if no big names available according to their draft board. And even if no desired wr available, use the picks to fill other needs. It just make no sense to drafts two more precession wr and hoping Ginn might development into a quality #1 wr without at least providing competition during training camp.
Anyway you look at it, the management has made mistakes after mistakes in wr position.

Your post shows us nothing. You even note in your post "this does not address the ability to get open."

That's nice they can catch the ball when they actually do get open, but if they're not getting open they are useless.

Nice try trying to claim Cam and Bess are anything more than solid #3 wr's.


As for the draft picks, I don't think they were wasted at all. They probably draft based on Best Player Available.

As of right now, Turner has not panned out, but it's early.

Hartline has been a solid addition and when Cam is gone in 1/2 years he will be able to fill his spot nicely. Hartline can become a solid #2/#3 WR for us for a long time.
 
WTF is a "procession" or "precession" WR? A WR who likes to march around in a formal manner and spin around a lot?

Don't have a problem with either Hartline or Turner picks, and time may prove me wrong, but why Pat White?
 
Somehow our brain trust thought there was no other holes to fill on this team, so they took Pat White.
 
I doubt they had confidence in any of the WRs before this year's draft. that's why they drafted multiples; they were starting over. it's looking like Ginn, Cam and maybe even Bess will all soon be history in Miami.
