In the past 6 years Hickey and Dominck assembed and have LOST - more valuable pieces, than are on the current roster and resume of Mr. Boss

His Resume is actually pretty decent. I think Tampa this past season is a lot better than their record states. O and we have a better QB too. Trying to look on the positives.

At least this guy has a long resume of talent evaluation and making some decent trades. Looking at the last two drafts for Tampa, I actually like their players better than what Ireland selected.
Who knows, as arse backwards as this franchise is, number 5 might be better than #1.
At least his eyes are not goofy.
All that said, this team is an embarrassment. If he would have declined...then what?
I am just glad it is over so we can move on to our next embarrassing escapade.
 
I like a lot of his recent draft picks. Barron, Martin and David in one draft is sick.
 
Wow his draft record in the last 6 years is far and away better than what we had done with Ireland. Not only that, but I bet he doesn't ask racist and extremely offensive questions that make everyone in the league hate us and future players dread playing for us. Count me in the excited to have him group
