as unfortunate as it is, poole isnt the only player on our roster that will be lost for the season. lets just hope things dont turn out as bad this year as last year ( injury wise )
One of the smartest things I've heard in awhile... You're absolutely right, there's going to a season ending injury (or injuries) every year. Unfortuately there's not always something you can do about it, and it's inevitable. I really hope people realize that, and it's not just morbid pessimism at all. When you play football you know someone's going to injured just like when you go into war you know someone's going to get injured to fatally wounded. We're going to really have to be able to accept these things and not going into panic mode. Will Poole is just one player, and I would have really liked him to possibly even start this year but I wish him a speedy recovery (hopefully it's not as seriously as it's been said to be) and I still feel we have as much as a legtimate chance of making playoffs as we did before and hopefully we don't have as many injuries as we did last year because that was just uncanny... That is something we really should be hoping doesn't happen this year because last year was one of the worst years that I could ever remember when we've been plagued with so many injuries. That's all I wanted to say.. Thanks for listening.claytonAndDuper said:as unfortunate as it is, poole isnt the only player on our roster that will be lost for the season. lets just hope things dont turn out as bad this year as last year ( injury wise )

It was a great play no matter who was covering Thompson. That was the best pass Feeley had all year IMO.Screw bill.:nesucks:claytonAndDuper said:cmon earthwind moreland in the secondary, and troy brown. seriously thompson is horrible, hes not gonna make that catch to beat the pats on monday nite if hes being covered by a real db who understands technique and the position. bill just plugs pieces in and chugs along its amazing
