Just goes to show you that sometimes the inury bug can bite any team. That why it is so important to have depth.

part of the game. being good means having capable replacements at all positions, with the exception of QB.

It's funny to me, when our backup LBs got playing time they outplayed the starters.

Pennington, Porter, Smiley, & Brown have all been injury prone in their careers. The tackle on Cobbs that put him out look lie horse collar tackle and I thought it was a huge cheap shoy. Soliai & Walden were just banged up.

I'm almost certain that cobbs just landed on his knee wrong going out of bounds

Hey finatic so much for those intense tuna weight rooms lolololol
I tried to tell you all, has nothing to do with parcells. Just luck

with how lucky we got last year in regard to injuries - this was almost an inevitability. it hasn't been awful though - if brown goes down for a while that will be the worst one of the year. with pennington out we got to see what we've got in henne - and i've been impressed so far - so need to even consider drafting another QB next draft. plus we got to see how desperately henne needs a legit #1 receiver - which pennington didn't need so we might have passed on that position next draft - only to screw henne next year. with allen out we got to let the rooks get tons of playing time and see who will be the #1 next year - where davis is clearly winning the battle - no surprise there. so it could've been worse - some of them will have prepared us for the future.

You forgot Matt Roth which I think threw our rotation off and had Taylor playing on downs he shouldn't have been and not allowing him to focus on the pass rush.
