Injuries!!

I swear there is something in the water in miami. Every damm year we seem to have HUGE injury problems. There is usually at least one position group that is totally decimated. And it dosent seem to be limited to the dolphins, the heat always lost 1/4 of their team and the hurricanes and even Marlins always have one of their best players lost for the season, in ahmon Richards case career

Gesicki, Wilson, and Stills all hurt today. Parker deactivated. O-line back to its usual form. Forget Brock trying to get us out of this, not even Rodgers could.

injuries are killing us. play calling is bad, but i think we are handicapped with what can be called offensively. on D the calling is atrocious. I think burke is doing alot of the things he is doing due to no pass rush, but my god the guys are confused as hell.

I keep thinking it's some sort of karma...

Miami came into the season 100% healthy and decimated the Titans in the opener, knocking out their QB, LT (infamous body bag play) and best TE...

...and since then its been injury after injury for Miami.

Defense should be hanging their heads in shame. They couldn't stop the run or the pass. That's all there is to stop and we can't stop either. Gashed right up the middle for 71 yards. They ran all over us any time they wanted. Our defense was badly exposed today. We looked tired and slow and our tackling was god awful. Stafford did whatever he wanted all day long. The first quarter was typical of the Gase era, get behind by a TD on a time consuming drive by the Lions. Have your defense on the field for almost 8 minutes!! Then Detroit stopped our running game cold with a few exceptions but mostly we were in 2nd and 8 or 2nd and 9. We lost on first down and were therefore behind the sticks.

I'm blaming this loss on the defense. The Lions scored on every drive except one. Do you want me to write that again, didn't think so.
