Now we know nose tackle Paul Soliai (ankle), tight end Anthony Fasano (hip) and linebacker Erik Walden (hamstring) also will not play.
The Dolphins announced as much on their injury report today. It is the final report prior to the game. None of the players that are out will travel today to Charlotte.
The Dolphins are listing two players as questionable: Guard Justin Smiley (shoulder) and safety Tyrone Culver (ankle). Smiley will play a source tells me. He practiced full today. Culver suffered a tweaked ankle in practice and was limited in his participation. Although listed the same as Smiley, his status is less certain.
Safety Gibril Wilson, nursing a hamstring, is listed as probable. He will play.
The Panthers are also quite beat up as game day looms.
We already knew cornerstone left tackle Jordan Gross was out for the remainder of the season with a broken ankle.
Safety Charles Godfrey (ankle), FB Brad Hoover (ankle) and DE Charles Johnson (pectoral muscle) are listed as doubtful. None of the three practiced Wednesday.
DT Damione Lewis (shoulder), RB Jonathan Stewart (Achilles), and RB DeAngelo Williams (knee) are listed as questionable. Lewis and Stewart practiced on Wednesday. Williams did not practice. All three are expected to play.

WoW we are banged up big time. You are talking about four or five players who were key contributors not playing. Hopefully some of our young guns are given a chance to surprise tommorrow. My guess is Turner will be active again, I also expect Murtha, Dotson & Moses to play. Porter & Sheets im sure will play as well.

Some of these injuries having me wondering especially Fasano, Soliai's & Ronnie. Dolphins could start signing FA. If those players are gone for the year.

Good god....Put this friggin' guy out there already!!! Let's see what we have!

Would be nice to put Turner in on goal line situations. No reason to put a 5'10" guy out there instead.

Good. Can we actually use him now? I don't understand why we didn't give him just one offensive play last week.

The Soliai injury is very worrisome. Remember against the Jets we had Soliai at DT with Ferguson at the other DT giving a 4-3 look against the Jets running game.. And held the Jets to 3.2 yards per carry with that alignment.

The Panthers have a great running game and I was hoping Soliai could play tomorrow night. I hope our defensive front inside doesn't get worn down because Carolina will probably go for 40+ rushing attempts.

he did so much for us last week, the big reason we got that win, i cant wait to see how much he does again this week

My guess is that we might even see Thigpen Active, but I dont see the point cause if he was to come in, I think White & Henne could not play anymore. Anyways this is how I think our roster will look. Hoping Culver is active.

i hope that patrick turner can actually play reciever tomorrow night. why dont we see what we have in him. he is by far our tallest reciever, and he cnt rlly be any worse that wat we put out there today. i dont see why not give him the chance.

oh giddy, he most certainly learned to be a good chearleader on the sidelines last week, why activate the guy, if he is not gonna play.

Yea, it's way overdue. Nobody else besides Bess can hold on to a ball. What do we have to lose by giving this guy an opportunity?

Camarillo has held on all season, even catching a ball with his legs. Also Sperry did an awesome job on Sunday.

BTW guys we could hear something about Miami signing someone from their PS. Now that Ronnie is Done for the Season.

Agreed Soliai really hurt his ankle in that Pats game and when he went down there running game picked it up. With him and Ferg in they were doing a good job and with just Ferg in we got run on pretty well by Tampa so regardless of what everyone writes here as well as what the reporters say Paul Soliai is pretty important. He probably would have come out of that game totally if Ferg was healthy at the Patriots. But he manned up and played on one leg and just tried to plug a hole with no push.

Randy Starks is a much better defensive tackle than Soliai is.
