Injury Report, Week 10: Miami Is Healthy And Hyped Heading Into Sunday's Matchup

This team depresses me when they lose. Now they depress me when they win. This team has messed me, man

U know we have passed on QB's when we were terrible: (2005 - Aaron Rodgers . . . had the #2 overall and passed . . . 2008 - Matt Ryan - had the #1 overall and passed.)

We passed on QB's when we were not terrible: (2001 - Drew Brees . . . we were #26 overall and passed.)

Whether we win games or not, it doesn't seem to make a difference if we don't get the guys pulling the strings to draft a QB and develop him. We have had chances, and winning meaningless games had no effect on those chances.

Matt Ryan would've been a waste of the #1 overall pick

Now that we are out of the "Suck for Luck" race because I do not see the Colts winning a game either by design or because of the on field play, I think we are going to put it on the Redskins. But since I feel confident bout this game it probably means we will find a way to pull out the defeat.:rolleyes2:

We can only hope so!! Suck for Luck baby!!!

Of course we will win meaningless games and miss out on a stud qb. We are the Dolphins its what we have done for the last decade.

Yep. No stud QBs have ever existed outside the 5th or 6th pick in the history of the league. Every single Super Bowl winner has always had a 1st round QB that went Top 10.

Matt Ryan would've been a waste of the #1 overall pick

I certainly wasn't an advocate of Matt Ryan, I thought the regime set the tone of how they wanted to play football and took Big Jake Long. Hindsight is always an issue, and I think if the rookie wage scale was implemented back then, we would have taken either Rogers or Ryan. Ryan is a good QB, don't think he would be as heralded as he is now had Miami drafted him but I do think we would be in a better situation QB wise. Whether that situation would be good enough to lead us to the promiseland is another story.
