Injury Report ????

Did Tanny17 appear on injury report before Bears game. I could look it up just don't recall seeing anything before and caught me by surprise he wouldn't even suit up let alone play. My real question and worry is if he didn't appear on any report the past week and apparently suffered slight injury weeks ago, could Fins be fined, lose draft picks for not reporting an injury. Didn't Pats get in trouble in past for something concerning the injury report though they seem to list so many players?

Ryan fully participated everyday but Friday. Not something you're gonna get past reporters these days. No rules were broke that I see.
