Little tidbit in an article by Armando.

Seems there is another reason Moore, 34 years old next week, isn’t an option: The Dolphins think he can’t stay healthy enough to help them.

The truth is Moore asked for a day of rest the morning before Ryan Tannehill blew out his knee in last year’s training camp. Just a handful of practices into camp and Moore’s arm was tired.

Makes sense that they would look to move on.

Well Moore was able to seal the deal the last couple games of the 2016 season he's one of the better backups we've had. Including getting a win @ Buffalo which we haven't done in a long time. He's proof why you need a good backup otherwise the season could have gone the way of the 2002 season when Ray Lucas took over!!!!

If it’s true Gase trust Fales with the calls etc I would think it would be his back up job to lose.

Seems like assumptions being made by Armando.

"The Dolphins saw enough when Moore couldn't win games @ Baltimore and @ New England"

Moore essentially had to do things that Tannehill has struggled to do for acceptance? Give me a break

Gase was gonna stick with Cutler in that NYJ game until he got hurt and Moore came in and gave him a lifeline. He was very thankful for it but truth is he is just not a Moore guy and doesn't like the gun slinger mentality . . . There is no need to overthink why he isn't here.

I do agree Matt did not do enough to protect himself in games and often was an injury waiting to happen but ultimately I think Gase would rather someone else that fits what he wants out of the position.

Not to mention he holds on to the ball for that long and take some brutal hits which of course A lot of times was the result of our shotty Line

Not sure if Fales is the answer but Moore definitely wasn't

If winning road games @buf and @NYJ in december, leading the offense to their 2 highest point totals of the season . . .and then leading a 17 point comeback win against he Jets last year is "not the answer" . . . Then be sure to provide us with the answer.

I mean this **** is hilarious sometimes. The guy did an admirable job . . . Just move on, no need to say things that really aren't true. This is for backup not starter.
