Interesting look at draft grades

The idea is that some players will have a higher ranking on some teams as they are better fits for the system...basically....no one can really tell if a draft pick is a "reach"

That's true remember i think 2 years ago we drafted 3 guys we gave a first round grade too. I think that was the tannehill, Martin and miller draft. Foolish grading by Ireland though. But i agree you grade players by round
