The problem with Flores is he doesn’t play well with others. You can get away with that if you are Belichick but Flores wasn’t Belichick.

I remember when that happened and was completely puzzled why that move was made so soon into camp. Flores' "gut" when it comes to offense is terrible.

Flaherty's a veteran coach. He knows not to give the impression of a bitter ex-employee so other teams aren't put off hiring him in the future.

The more I read about Flores, the more of a grade-A jackass he becomes! Thank God the Fins threw this bum out! I will not read about him anymore.
