Which QB from the 2007 Draft would you take now?
  • Trent Edwards
  • Chad Henne
  • Kevin Kolb
  • Brady Quinn
  • JaMarcus Russel

Interesting because Henne was taken in the '08 draft, throw in Beck and it becomes clear that the '07 QB class isn't very good, so of course Henne would win.

Makes me think of who would you take now? Brady Quinn or Ted Ginn Jr.?

That 07 QB draft will go down as one of the best ever with the 83 class and the Manning/Rivers/Roethlisberger draft.

The only good QB in that whole field was Kolb. You should see the whole list of the 07 QB class. Horrible.

Whats sad is John Beck is the worst of all of them. I guess that makes Beck the worst of the worst. Beck blows.

Yeah that list is wrong but I think Henne is a no-brainer out of the ones on there. Kolb could also turn out pretty good as well. The names left off that '07 list are Tyler Thigpen, Beck and Troy Smith.

I'll make sure to watch Sports Nation to see if they correct Henne being on there and what they say about him winning. Plus I think the chick on there is really hot.

Also there was Drew Stanton out of MSU who I think was taken after Edwards by Detroit. That was a miserable year for QBs. But if it's any consolation, at least we didn't spend a 9th on an overhyped QB who with a .250 winning record, a lower completion percentage and a similar QB rating as compared to Beck.

Neither.. Pat Willis hahaha

even tough I hate Cam/Muller I am more than positive that they thought we were set at LB I know I did

Taylor coming off a DMVP year
Zach Play had not declined (led the league in Tackles the year before)
Porter had just been brought in
Crowder was supposed to shine like Brat Scoot in Baltimore (not NY:chuckle:)

LB did not look like a glaring enough need to take with the 9th overall

but then neither did PR & KR :chuckle:

Yea, because we wound up doing so great with that #9 overall pick by getting an all-pro WR. Glad we didnt take Quinn though too. Really, Revis was the pick to make but what can ya do.

I would have gone with Patrick Willis but Revis would have been nice as well. I for one am satisfied with our all pro receiver though and his family. **** you Cameron.

That's why you take BPA regardless of position, the only exception might only be QB

It depends on the draft class. Matt Ryan would have been the best player, but Jake Long would anchor our offensive line for years. And if you've been watching Dolphins football, offensive line has been a huge issue for too long. Not to mention, our staff was high on Henne.

This draft I would love our team to target CJ Spiller. I think he could be like a Percy Harvin for our offense and would make a difference in Week 1.

They showed a statistic early today on the tv program-NONE of the 07 QB draftees have a winning record in games they've started :)

Granted, that DOES include our very own Thigpen.

Chad Henne or kevin kolb no doubt in my mind mind those two are the best that would have cam out of that class

As much as the Saints have enjoyed Reggie Bush, I can guarantee they would rather have Damarcus Ware.

Same goes for the Titans.

BPA is garbage.

If you put a gun to my head I and told me I must choose between Quinn and Ginn I would first plead that both are horrible and let me take Okoye. However, if I had 2 I guess I would still go with Ginn knowing now what both are.
