Well, when you have Shula, and Marino, you can pretty much pencil in 8-9 wins a year.

Wanny had his faults, but his defenses were always competent. Offensively he was a touch too conservative for me, but he knew what plays to call on 3rd and short, unlike the clown we have now.

Was Finheaven about in 2007 for the 1-15 season? And if it was, was it fun?
Also I'm guessing we got the number 1 draft pick so my next question is, was it used wisely?

Yes, it was around then. No, it wasn’t much fun. Except praising Cleo Lemon and Greg Camarillo as the saviors of the team, keeping us from 0-16.

In hindsight, no the pick was not used wisely. We took Jake Long #1, who was a solid LT when healthy. However his career was shortened due to injuries, and we passed in a franchise QB in Matt Ryan

It's debatable. Jake Long was a great player when not injured, but many questioned taking a OT with the #1 overall pick.

The Stache also had Ricky Williams to give the ball to on 3rd and short
