I was watching ESPN and they made these statements:
Troy Smith was 21 for 21 in the redzone in 2006. Eight of those touchdown passes were to 8 different players. Of the 5 interceptions he threw this year, 3 of them were tipped balls. Against Michigan, Troy Smith threw for 316 yds with 4 TDs and 1 int. Brady Quinn threw for 234 yds 3 TDs and 3 ints in their loss. We need a guy who is lights out in the red zone and Troy Smith is certainly that. He is a bit of a contrast to JaMarcus Russell because he has a better short game. They compared him to Drew Brees. I would like to pick Troy Smith at 9th.
