Just an interesting but of trivia. There was a con man in the early 1990's named Dan Marino (real name). He was arrested in Monroeville, PA for fraud (committed mostly in California) and has since been jailed. Unsolved Mysteries aired a story on him in the early-mid 1990's. He would approach elderly citizens and tell them he owned a home-repair business. He would then find faults (fabricated) with their homes and convince them to let him do the work. he always put on the appearance he was doing repairs but actually did nothing more than throw a few coats of paint on walls or a coat of tar on a roof. He would then charge them an astronomical amount in repairs and when they said they could't pay, he would threaten them with law suits. Also, he would have his people get into the homes of his victims so they could steal valuable goods and money. I was taken aback when I first heard the name Dan Marino on Unsolved Mysteries. This guy is NO RELATION to the greatest QB ever, but it's interesting they share a name.
I had Dan "Marion" in the title but it should be Marino
