Much of the second half, Jenkins was playing in the nickel instead of Wheeler. Persnally thought it was a good move.

I thought he did well playing close to the line. He was piss poor in coverage as expected.

Wheeler was awful today. Easily his worst game as a Dolphin. And that's saying something.

If I never see him play another down for the Dolphins I would be a very very very happy Dolphins fan!

Wheeler was in quite a bit too after the first drive of the 2nd half, but Jenkins was in quite a bit

Wheeler cannot tackle or cover a corpse. Other than that, he is a great player.

I've been shouting this subject since the NO game. In the NO game Jenkins was the only one who had the speed to cover Sproles. IMO Jenkins is very good in covering backs coming out of the backfield. IMO he's much better than Wheeler. Jenkins may prove to be a steal for us in the next couple of seasons.

I believe Jenkins play time was predicted on some threads around here before the game.

I understand why they stuck with Wheeler so far, until today, but it's clear Jenkins is playing far better than Wheeler right now. Jenkins is not a rookie any more, there's no reason to not play him over wheeler any more.

He was in there specifically to cover Verneen!

What's worse they could have signed Wheeler a year earlier for less than 1 mil. I hope he has a cap friendly salary so he can get cut without much dead money.

I did notice Jenkins a lot around the ball. Seemed to cover out of the backfield and get off of blocks much better than Wheeler. Also noticed Misi in on passing downs much more this game. Seems the coaches are growing tired of wheeler. He does some things well, like blitz the passer, so adding Jenkins to the rotation will be a bonus for our LB group.
