Havs anyone heard how the rehab of Smiley and Thomas is going? Are they going to be ready for training camp? I know Grove has had past health issues but is he okay now? This is the area of the Phins that concerns me most. Thanks.

Presumably Thomas and Smiley will be ready to go. Grove as well. Now, if one goes down to injury? We're in trouble.

I agree. We have a strong starting OLine, but after that, we really have no solid depth.

Latest on Rotoworld has Smiley questionable for OTAs, but ahead of schedule.
As for Thomas, IDK but you would think he would be pretty far along seeing as he got injured the very first game of last season.

Thomas should be good to go. They say Smiley is ahead of schedule, but we'll see. I'm still wary of a guy who had to have a third surgery on a shoulder injury that happened back in 2007.

i thought smiley broke his leg? i didnt know the shoulder was that serious of an issue

His leg was the reason he went on IR, but he also had some further surgery on his shoulder this offseason as well. It was the same shoulder that landed him in IR his last season in SF.

Does anyone know if they are going to try Brandon Frye on the inside this spring or if they are are going keep him at tackle.

It would be a shame if he has to be cut, so much physical ability. Is he still practice squad eligible?

Disagree. Berger is solid depth and so is Idweke (?). He started most of the season. That's pretty good trial by fire.
You can't 44 starting caliber players on a roster.
