Im heading over to the post office today to figure out what kind of rates I can get for those of you overseas(Or in Canada) that would like to purchase things from us but do not want to pay the DHL shipping costs. I will post a reply to this as soon as I get back and will give you all the details. Thank you for your patience.

Wow man that's pretty cool of you. I know there was a poster here a while ago that complained that he wanted to buy something from the shop that costs like 15 bucks but shipping is like 30 bucks or something like that.

DHL SUCKS! I deal with them every day... we do $6,000 in shipping every day with them and there is a reason they are cheaper...

FED-EX is good cause they will negotiate their rate with you dependent on the amount of stuff you do with them...and since we send out $15,000 a day in shipping costs it really helps.

UPS is good, but they wont negotiate..we switched to fedex from cause of that.

US Mail is getting better...or it couild just be that their sorting facility is 100 yards away from our building...

And the connection between International Shipping rates and the Miami Dolphins would be?

a Canadian fan wanted to buy a 15 dollar Miami Dolphins hat from the Proshop. Unfortunately, he found that shipping to Canada was going to cost 50 bucks...for a 6 ounce item. Charles was asked to look into it as he works at the Proshop and he found no negotiation available with the shipper. On his own, he has tried to find a cheaper way for our foreign brothers to get Dolphin stuff.

does this help?

That explains pretty much everything, I guess.

That trip to the US post office was pretty much a nightmare. Now, Im going to try to do this once and see how it pans out. If it works well then I will make this option available to anyone who wants to have something sent to them internationally. Im going to contact the member on here who wanted the item, and will charge 10 dollars for shipping. Now if this works well, I will see if I can do better by sending out bulk through them(Im not sure that will fly but it does not hurt to try). So I will give my feedback on this and the person on the other side can do the same and then we'll see how things pan out. If all goes well, Ill take the time to do this for others. Thanks for your time & continued patience.

Hi Sir,

I was the guy asking for international rates!

I received your PM! Can you send me your email via another PM 'cause I don't have the 50 post mark to send a PM!

Waiting for your email to make an arrangement with you!

If you want to email me directly: kraphtdiner @ hotmail . com

Thanks Charles!

I used to order from the Pro Shop until 2 years ago because the international rates are way higher then anywhere else. Hopefully this works out

PS: Remember if you are a Dolfan member you get 10%off:D

Well, Ive been pretty busy but I did want to follow up. The order was canceled because his parents are heading down to Miami so he is going to have them pick up the safari hat for him. So this is still in the testing phase so if there are any fans wanting to purchase from us and having issues due to the high shipping rates I am willing to try this again just to see if we can get something figured out for the international fans. Sorry that we didnt get this done on this occasion. I hope that I can help some of you guys out in the future though.
