I would think that the Dolphins being the last of Richard's 3 interviews today is a good sign.

With the state of the team I think it's going to be a first year head coach. That could be good or bad. I just hope the team build the foundation so that whoever takes over can have success. Watching the playoffs, we've seen teams with great offensive and defensive lines. That's got to be the focus this offseason.
