Into the Dragons Den

Hey Finheaven Brothers and Sisters

My Family and I are heading into the Dragons Den- just at the bridge heading over from Canada… my 10 year old daughters first game… hopefully at the very least we can enjoy the day… Fins Up!!
First game is special. Mine was Fins at Colts over 20 years ago. I couldn't believe humans were able to move that fast and every play action had me fooled. Enjoy the day!

bring a machine gun with you

I was reading an article on phin phanatic last night on my phone, and he was the man that the author said Ross should hire after firing Grier to run the football side of the house.
Its hard to get it right IMO...you never REALLY know to what extent said exec was involved in actual job-dependent type decisions and strategy...unless its a big name GM.

I believe if you (owner) approach it from the right perspective on what you expect from your organization, that helps. This is my problem with Ross. He doesn't give me the impression he's a hardcore football guy.

I still haven't been to one live...was going to go to the Houston game this year, but, well, the Dolphins happened.

Sweet, have fun. As a fellow Canuck, I’ve watched the Fins lose in Buffalo before too.

Don’t take the game too seriously and if we start getting hammered, take the ribbing from the fans in stride. There are some maniacs that will show up but I found everyone to be pretty cool if you had the right attitude.

Perfect first game for your daughter. Lots of action, points , and big plays.

Also though one game, she can see what her next 30 years of her fandom will look like. May she not pass it on to your grandchildren

For sure- I’ve been several times over the last 30+ years- I grew up in Niagara Falls
I actually lived in Ottawa for about 7 years- graduated from U of O… tore both ACLs trying to play ball there… love the city- miss it quite a bit

Cool. Yeah, I’m from BC but moved out here a while back. Love it here. Great city.

Want to get to more Fins games but just can’t find the time, LOL!
