I'm pretty sure that nobody, even the Pats, considered Brady a franchise QB coming out of college. We don't know how any of these QB's will pan out. However, we know that we certainly do not have a franchise QB and need one desperately. If it means reaching for Tannehill at #8, so be it.

Tannehill is not a franchise QB.

Niether were Brady, Warner, Romo, Schaub, Rodgers, or Favre (to name a few) before they proved to be Franchise QB.

How ridiculous is it to really speculate about value at a pick?? I'm genuinely curious to know. Alex Smith went first overall and didn't show squat till last year. Ronnie Brown, taken number 2, is already on the skids. Aaron Rodgers, taken somewhere in the 20's, is an MVP.
