Ireland must be DRUNK

You have to take a chance instead of getting us back ups every year!

Who says we did not try for the second pick? Wash gave up a ton, not only would we have to match it we would have to top it as well. So say Mia offered their 1st (8th) next two firsts, and their second. Well Mia is still behind Wash so what else do they offer to match Wash. What does it take to go from 8 to 6 in most drafts, well probably a second in that draft at least. Well Mia already gave up there second in the deal so another second next year min. So maybe just to match Wash, Mia has to offer at least first and second this year, first and second next year and a first two years from now. And that might not even top Wash depending on how St Louis looks at this draft. Most people think Blackmon is there big want, and he very well could be there at 6. Only team that may draft him is Cleveland or some one trading up. Now way he makes it to 8 though as the Jags take him for sure.

Anyway it just makes me nuts to see these whinny posts about we should have gone after the 2nd pick, when we probably did try but could not top Was with something Mia was willing to do.

Not disagreeing. However, Joe Gibbs and Mike Shannahan were better coaches than Jeff Fisher.

Based on what

I'm personally not that high on Fisher either, and I think we by far got the better coach....but are you basing your argument on all the championships that Gibbs and Shannahan have won under Danny Snyder? How about the Playoffs? Have the skins even gone to the playoffs since Spoiled Danny bought them????

I believe they did with Gibbs. Not 100%, though.

Well, actually....they have been to the playoffs three times in the 13 years that Snyder has owned them.

Wild card in both 99, 05 and 07.

There record has been since 99

Far from stellar considering the boat loads of money he constantly throws around.
