After reading the latest media blast again attempting to undermine the entire Miami organization its just over the top of cramming their ideology down everyones throat that the world we live in is all peaches and cream. Many in the media and along with what I am hearing from legal eagles out there defending the media reporting their version of the truth makes me compare them to nothing but a bunch of unsrupulous prostitutes. Unfortunitly both of these prefessions have a huge impact on what people think and see.

The media on quoting any sourse that might be inclined not to support their Martin side immediatly in the same artcile attempts to discredit that source. That is called bias reporting and in the real world would be called a form of bullying, racisim and hate as they push their agenda over individuals who are not able to defend themselves against their verbal assults.

Take Pro football last media blast the Dolphins players as a whole should have never supported their team mate verbally. By doing that the Dolphin players showed how bad the Dolphins organization is. That is loyalty something you cannot purchase it is invaluable but the media undermines it. You really believe ProFootball would have same thing about if the Dolphin players supported Martins position. Hell they quoted Murtha who bascially has not been on this team in 2 years and while Philbin was here so what would a would be backup players know about what it going on now.

Irleland yes I know their is not much sympathy with many of the fans on this site for the guy. Forget that for just a minute though. Look at yourself as a father and your grown son tells you he is getting bullied. What would you tell your son. Think about that for a moment. Raising a child you want them to have security, self confidence and the ability to take care of themselves without your assistance. I would tell him to attempt to discuss the issue with the guy if possible or the authorities in charge but it that does not work stand up for yourself and fight. You tell your son don't start a fight or don't run away from a fight because as your father I support either positions.

Why the titile to this post is because we are loosing the battle of raisnig real men in this nation. The media and lawyers are suffocating us with a ton of laws that hurt our society more than help with the main motive to line the lawyers pockets at the expense of those they should be protecting and standing up for and the same for the media spinning sinsational journalism to increase their reader count for money also.

Which he shouldn't have. He's the General Manager of the football team. He is management.

The Ireland thing needs to be put on hold until the entire conversation between him
and this agent is put out. Once again it's a leak from the Martin side about a conversation in which we're only told one line. It's outta context AGAIN, much like that voicemail.

Really. Thats sad when we quit helping others because someone tells us our title will not allow us. Living like that is compared to visiting a doctors office and it called a stirle enviroment. Problem living in a stirle world is eventually it make you suspeptible to falling ill to every disease in the world because you have no immune system.

Yes. Exactly.

There are these people called attorneys. And these people called attorneys are kind of like -- to take your analogy of a doctor's office -- they are kind of like CANCER. And when you go into the sterile environment of the doctor's office for blood work or an examination, what are you always the most afraid of? That's right. Cancer.

Jeff Ireland should know that by giving an honest, human response -- whether it was a jackass response or one that was meant to genuinely be helpful -- he is setting himself up for that examination.

Its sad that we have gotten ourselves in this box. As the old saying goes money talks and bullsh??? walks. So unless it is coming out of a attorneys mouth it is considered BS I guess.

I have already given my 9 year old my permission to fight back against a bully. If Ireland said the same thing, he has my support. With that being said, I want Richie back!!!

Men need to be raised by fathers ...everyone hates lawyers until they need one......

As a father if my son was an introvert and couldn't look his peers in the eye when he spoke with them and he came to me because he was in a situation he couldn't handle I would do everything I could to protect him, no I wouldn't send him out to battle the toughest kid on the block....if he couldn't fight, i would teach him how to defend himself, if it was self esteem i would put him in situations that would build it not tear it down....

I would not want my kid to be afraid to come to me with a problem, that is why I don't hate on Martin's parents, they could careless about the dolphins and frankly I wouldn't either....

Martin wasn't looking for permission to fight, he was looking for it to stop. Punching Richie would have solved nothing......if Martin told Ireland you better do something or I will kick his butt, then I agree.....

I'm not defending Martin at this point, but this is still where I think the front office was wrong. If you draft a guy like Martin you have to build him up positively, you have to nurture him to get the most out of him. My guess.....Harbaugh and that coaching staff at Stanford did that. Philbin and Ireland did not. I don't mind that they didn't want to do it that way, but if thats the case...don't draft a guy like Martin in the first place.

We don even know if Ireland said anything on this but no its not the GM's job to give out that advice and in his capaciy he just can't. Its not sad its the way of the employer employee relationship.
Sorry its not his job to give out fatherly advice esp advice like that.

This ireland wrinkle to the story is just another dip in this up and down roller coaster of story.

This x 10000

Everything needs to be taken with a grain of salt..... especially when it comes to what we hear from Schefty/ESPN and Martin's camp. It's all part of a planned narrative and driven by an agenda.

It was a bad move by Ireland even though it's how many men handle business.
As management and the face of an organization, you have to take all your employees issues to heart.

Ireland handled it wrongly, he will lose his job over this.

Everything has an agenda as does everyone.
Im pretty sure Incognitos camp has an agenda too that being to clear him.

There may be a different twist to what Ireland said to Martins agent.

I just heard Adam Schefter say it in a different way other than whats being plastered in the news.

It didn't sound like Jeff Ireland went to Martin's agent and directed him tell Martin to go punch Cogs in the mouth,It sounded more like Ireland may have said after hearing what ever Martins agent presented him "I would have punched Cogs in the mouth."and not really telling a players agent to have the player do that.
