Ireland's worst move in his tenure here

every move he has made. would anybody really be upset over losing any plaer on this team. Nobody stepped up at all in these last 2 weeks with the playoffs on the line. As far as im concerned we can replace the entire roster.
 
Jake Long. I thought that was a given...

Matt may not be having a great year...but he sure as hell is better than the wannabes we've had at QB...
 
Trading Brandon Marshall, not resigning Reggie Bush, letting Jake Long go and not trying to replace him, allowing Joe Philbin to hire Sherman as his offensive coordinator, trading up to number 3 pick to pick a guy that does not play, Phillip Wheeler, drafting Egnew, drafting two cornerbacks in this draft, and neither one of them can get on the field, and that is all that I can think of in two minutes. If I had more time, I can add on to the list.

One game better than last year is not something to be proud of. At least last year they were able to beat Buffalo once.
 
It's hard for me to even respect Ross as a businessman if his analysis capabilities are this bad. Nothing Ireland has done gets anywhere near mitigating the sheer volume of horrid FA signings and horrible drafting that he's done, and how he's just sabotaged season after season by leaving us so incredibly flawed at so many positions. The examples in this thread are stunning and yet Ross won't fire him.
