It's funny how Ricky's early retirement in 2004 and suspension in 2006 are part of the reasons we now have him to be able to rely on as a number 1 back, and as the best backup in the NFL when Ronnie is back.
Imagine if you go back to 2004[or even 2006] and tell people Ricky Williams will be the starting running back for a game[or a few games] in 2009 for the Dolphins, have one of the highest averages in the NFL, and be on pace for 1,000 yards. They'd think you were on serious drugs.
The great RW Saga continues. Thankfully it will [probably] be pretty normal from now on. He's with the team in 2010 and possibly longer if he feels good. No need to worry about him ever going anywhere else though. And he just opened up a restaurant in Miami.
