Is 2004 AFC East the toughest?

From top to bottom, is the AFC East the toughest division in 2004?

AFC West only has KC & Denver...
AFC North only has average teams, at best
AFC South only has Indy & Tenn

I would say so..... All teams in the East have such great talent.

I really think only one team from the East is going to make the playoffs next year.

my vote goes to NFC East...hell, just look at the coaches in that division:

Joe Gibbs
Bill Parcells
Andy Reid
Tom coughlin

all those franchises have bright futures
