I'm not a college/draft Guru, but based on what I'm hearing, the top 3 Qbs will be linehart, Young, Quinn, in that order. No?
I see either Hous or GB, or NYJ taking Linehart, with Bush going to either SF or GB. Either way, both those guys are gone to two of those teams. After that, who needs QBs? Well GB will only go above Aaron Rogers' head for Linehart. But NYJ might (Chad's done like dinner); so will the lions, the saints need a new young talent; 'Zona for sure; Tenn perhaps (although I think they'll be okay with Volek after Mcnair goes); Baltimore: likely. Cle: perhaps. Fry is a 3rd round project, and there will be no loyalty if a better QB is around. STL: no, they have bigger problems. Buff: No.
I see Mia beating NYJ and tenn for a 7-9 record. That placed them, more likely than not, above all those teams, likely 10-12th overall. I don't see any of the top 3Qbs being around by then.

I think Brady Quinn will be available and I hope we take him. A lot of the teams you're looking at need other positions as much as or more than QB with so-called higher value players on the board. The mock draft on about.com even has Vince Young falling to us at the 12th pick. Personally, I'd rather have Quinn than Young. I think we should leave the running to the duo of Ronnie and Ricky and have a classic pocket-passer with a great arm and better decision-making ability at QB.

I think Omar Jacobs is the only one we would likely get at #13.

I don't believe Saban would take Young. He's very aware of the success rate of first round QBs and Young is a player who will take years to develop. With the money involved I believe he will pass if he has the option. I think he'd target a guy like Drew Stanton who may be declaring for the draft.

Agreed. Quinn is a possibility. But if Young is the #2, he'll be gone before 10-12. You're right, "some" of those teams have bigger issues than QB. But I still see enough teams there to take at least 2 Qbs in the top 10. Detroit, 'Zona for sure -- with the talent they've stacked up on WR, it would make no sense to waste those investmnets by not getting them a QB

 No way he goes in the 1st round.

All depends on what Juniors declare or not. A top 3 QB can be had. IMO there will be 4 QBs taken in the 1st round if Quinn and Young both declare.

Cleveland is more than happy with Frye - they will give him EVERY opportunity to succeed. They gave the guy a standing o at the Phins game when he came in for one series.

I agree that Young will probably be gone before our pick, but I was using about.com's mock to show that one of the top 3 was not out of the question. If Quinn declares I think he will still be available at our pick (unless maybe we go on a tear the next four games). If he is on the board when we're on the clock we had better take him. While I think Leinart and Young will be good pro QBs, I think Quinn will actually be the best of the bunch.

I'm sure Young will declare. quinn's decision may have a lot to do with Charlie weis' input though

Quinn and Young have not declared they are coming out in this draft, so its a bit premature for some of this speculation.

The guy who would be a perfect fit is Jay Cutler from Vanderbilt and I think we can figure out a way to get him.

GB drafted aaron rodgers last year, no way they take a QB

Omar jacobs is the most underrated college QB

71 TD's and 11 INT's hell Ill take that

Oh and also your comment about frye is wrong

He was born in cleveland he is a hometown guy, they love him there, the fans truely love him they want him to be their future QB

If UT wins the Rose Bowl (possible) or if Vince wins Heisman (unlikely) I think he will declare for draft.

If neither happens, then it is a closer call. I hope he stays at UT but would not be suprised to see him go, especially if he is projected as a top 5-10 pick.

Even if we can't get a top 3 or a top 5 QB we should still try to get a QB maybe we might get lucky and draft someone like Tom Brady even someone like Dan Marino he wasn't drafted until the 27th pick 5 other QBs was drafted before him. You never know there might be a QB drafted in the 7th round that could turn out to be the next Dan Marino.
