Didn't hear this before. So it's Carey at LT, Alabi at RT, which means Shelton remains at RG and will be the backup LT with his backup being the RG if Shelton has to go to LT. We have a lot of O-linemen that can play just about all positions on the line making for one heck of alot of different combinations. Just curious what our final starting lineup will be.

cam already said Shelton is the right tackle

yeah its smart to move shelton to RT considering we would only have 2 tackles in Alabi, and Carey if shelton didnt move

We've got Alabi, Rosenthal, Toledo, and the undrafted Left Tackle from Hawaii(projected as an NFL guard) as alternatives.

To be the man, you have to beat the man. I expect/hope somebody to step up and take shelton's spot away from him. 6'7" Rosenthal has the size... maybe he can learn to play better?

Note: Alabi just had his knee scoped. He is currently injured.

I think the report means that Shelton is currently the RT but Alabi will be given a decent chance at winning the position after he recovers from his injury.

Cam stated that Shelton and Carey were the tackles. Obviously knee scoped or not Alabi was not going to start at either position. When Cam speaks of Qb he does not mention who the starter is, but he definately stated the starters here. i'm not happy about shifting guys from spots they played really well at and we could basically have 5 new positional starters on the line.

The line as I see it right now
LT-Vernon carey
LG-Chris Liewinski
C-Rex Hadnot
RG-Samson Satele
RT-LJ Shelton

I think we drafted Satele high so we will give him a chance right away.

Well we know to listen to CAM CAM

CAm said before the Draft that the Dolphins will go heavy on the O
as well as built for the middle out
