Is anyone else getting a messed up broadcast on Direct TV

Non stop the broadcast on my DVR is stuttering. It's almost unwatchable. Can't tell what's going on?

Well I hate watching Live, but I know there's something wrong. The commercials are coming in fine but the broadcast is pixilated and hesitating.
