Is anyone else like sad??

Im honestly really depressed. I thought 2002, 2003 were years in which hey we might be 9-7 or 10-6 but no way we have a chance to be a special team. Now this year comes around and everyone is a disapointment

Daunte. Ronnie. Chambers. Even Olindo mare.
The defense is working their *** off every drive and is getting no support.

I dont like the attitude play for next season. I would much rather go 7-9 or 8-8 than go 3-13 and have a miserable season, just to get a "good" pick you know nothing about.
 
Chambers is overrated, Daunte sucked before ever getting injured, never Liked Ronnie, and Mare has never been able to hit anything less than 50 yards consistantly.

C'mon guys....dont be all doom and gloom....

Daunte's hurting, Ronnie's taking the running game largely on his own shoulders with a line that is struggling to open holes for him and there is no way IMO that Chambers is "over-rated". So far, the o-line hasnt held the D long enough to get the ball out to him!

I think we can go 8-8 or 9-7 although it would be good to see a few young guys getting more game time if we continue to come up short.

Once the OL get the idea and know what they're doing, things will fall into place.

Yesterday, I saw glimpses (and I'm sure you did too) of what we can do. I'm really interested to see how Joey goes when he's had some time to get his rhythm and become a little more accustomed to the team. He was getting balls out quickly and gave me something to look forward to.

Don't give up just yet!

I am not trying to start a fight I was just stating my opinion.
 
I'm not getting all worked up cause frankly me getting depressed and cursing people out wont win a championship. Juts have to enjoy the season look for moments of greatness and see what happens. It makes me think back to 2004 yea it was a bad year but how great did u feel after the monday night win over NE. You have to take the good with the bad. Good thing is we have a future bad thing is we have to wait.
 
I am not sad, I am mad at the team for their lackadaisical performance so far. They need to start playing with some urgency, with some fire, with some pride, with some swagger. It starts with a convincing win, then followed by another domination....then another....before you know it....we are on a roll!!!

in '02 and '03 we were much more legit contenders than this year's team ever was.
 
i'm sad we hit rock bottom in 04 and did not rebuild. we rebuilt with veterans and the future looks very uncertain for this team. i'm also sad we drafted ronnie brown second overall and he looks more like charlie brown than a dominant running back.

yeah i would much rather have some sought of a respectful finishing record then play hopeless and have a shocking record but get an early draft pick. i really dont want to look upon our team as a 49ers or an oakland
 
why are you even on this site? get out of here. you know nothing about the game. ronnie is working with pretty much the worst line in the nfl and daunte was good, hes hurt let him heal. and mare is key, he always has been, he is just struggling like the rest of the team.
