Is anyone else noticing how weak Pennington's arm is

Pennington looks like a baseball pitcher that has played two seasons in a row without a break. He has nothing on the ball. The ball drops to the ground like it has a 20 lb weight on it. By the time it reaches the receiver it's two feet off the ground. He has been a clear and very visable liability this pre season. Not just this game but I noticed he didn't perform well in any of the pre season games but this is his worst.
 
It looks worse when the passes aren't getting completed. Seriously, it's always been something you can stomach because he completes 65% of his passes. When the balls are going uncaught it's like they're moving in jelly.

Your just now noticing this? I mean add rain and wet balls to the mix and well this is what you get. Chad can make all the throws he needs to besides a very strong deep ball but it is what it is.
 
He doesn't look any differen't than last season when he was a runner up for MVP. Pennington is what he is..... a very smart, accurate QB who will make the right decision most of the time with a weak arm. Does his lack of arm strength mean he's not the best option to get this team wins though? NO!!!!
 
The O line looked good pass blocking, not so good run blocking!

I think it was good enough last season but not this one.

The o-line hasn't done anything resembling decent run blocking all year except for a few sweeps or against another teams 3rd stringers. There has been absolutely NO push from the o-line inside. That is very concerning to me.

A weak arm affects the game in many ways -- many of them off the stat sheets.

For instance, when a ball takes that extra second to get there, it allows a defensive player to make hits a split second before the ball is wrapped up...

etc. etc. etc.

and the 2 40 yard bombs he threw before that... some dudes simply have no idea what they are talking about :tumbleweed:
