Owner. No
Tannenbaum. Maybe, I say No
Hickey. Yes, probably makes coffee now
Aponte. Yes, hmmm
Campbell. No
O coordinator. No
D coordinator. No
Rizzi. No, regressing

Please list bright spots but it seems we need a complete castration and start new. So sad

Suh, Jones, Miller, Landry, possibly Ajayie, decent receiving corps (though Matthews hits FA after the season) for bright spots. Now just get another 20 guys who can play worth a damn and we're Super Bowl contenders

We need a complete overhaul after that **** philbin changed us into a finesse team that doesn't have any toughness at all

Their photographer is pretty good...

And we need to find smart players who are disciplined and not ones who make stupid costly mistakes over and over.

Also find players who are physically AND mentally tough on both sides of the ball.

I don't think any of them are competent. Ross is not a "football guy" and the "football guys" that he has hired have not been very good. Everyone on the coaching staff are in way over their heads. Unless the Dolphins luck into a quality coaching staff next season and someone with a clue is making personnel decisions instead of Tannenbaum, the team will continue to fail.

We have a few nice players but for the most part we are steaming pile.

Not sure what Aponte is competent at , we probably dont want to know

Thanks to Dennis Hickey, the man that left the Bucs and suddenly they are competent. However, he decided to bring his genius drafting skills and get one of the dumbest safeties in Walt Aikens, a bum in Jordie Tripp, waste of draft pick in Devante Parker and decides to address our LB issues with UDFA's...We had 3 freaking UDFA's out there today at LB.

When I last went to a game my concession stand worker gave me the correct change.

Good points. I'd also say that I liked him getting James higher than most would, he's been great. Also, Landry.

James has been better than expected but he hasnt been great. Landry was a great pick. Personally I still wished we had traded down or somehow moved up to get Martin.
James where he was taken is not a special player, he has been solid at times on the right side though and is a solid prospect. We just slightly missed out on a group of impact players and its a shame.
We should have traded down with New Orleans and took Joel Boitono or Kelvin Benjamin.
