while Drew heads back to Alabama? Because maybe when Drew left he said to his agent "get this deal done, I'm going to get my shoulder ready to take this team to the Super Bowl!" :D

your thoughts?

I don't even know if he was here.

I could have swore I heard stories over the past few days saying both Brees and his agent were in Miami, but maybe not

Evidently Condon IS staying in Miami, and Brees will return soon. Sounds like the doctors wanted him back in rehab. Dr. James Andrews is THE BEST, and second ain't close.

Evidently? Based on what? Is there a link to a site that says Brees will be in Miami tomorrow? Did you hear on T.V., radio, from a friend of a friend?

The biggest problem both 'Fins fans and Saints fans are having throughout this overdrawn ordeal is people reporting false information.

Too many people have been assuming things, based on what they want to hear.

Whoever gets him gets a great QB. Whoever doesn't get him will still get a great QB (Leinart for us and Culpepper for you guys).

I didn't know his agent was ever in Miami. I thought he was talking to Mueller over the phone.

Good point, and thats what I have been saying. I would take either Brees, or Culpepper, they are both a serious upgrade from Gus, A.J, Fiedler, Lucas, Greise (Brian), etc. and I would be happy with either. To me it is a win win, so long as we get one of them, and by the sounds of it, Pep is more then willing to come to Miami, so one is almost a gaurantee. Same goes for you guys, if Brees dosnt sign, it isnt the end of the world, Leinart should be a good QB.

I can tell you that Condon called in to a Sports Radio Show in San Diego this morning at 10:30 AM and when they asked him where he was he said he was in the company office in Kansas City.

Pepper is anything but a sure thing, he is going to demand the same type of money as Brees.

Why all these haters on Culpepper

Here's a guy that was the MVP of the league two years ago is Peyton Manning didn't set the records he did. This guy has proven he's a leader on the field. This guy played with broken vertabrae (however it's spelt) in his back. Say what you want about his knee. Was it bad? Yes. These guys are getting the best doctors in the world, and have the best make ups out of most human beings. Look at Willis Magahee, who had a worse hit, same injury. The guy is a 1,000 yard rusher. Look at Michael Vick, when he broke his leg and the questions of will he ever be the same, let his play do the talking. Jamal Lewis had a horrible injury, and Edge tore 2 ACL's and just got a huge contract from the Cards, and Lewis from the Ravens. I can go on, but this guy was a star player who had a bad injury, was a part of a franchise without a face. Also, the sex boat thing was bad, BUT!!!!, I personally know at least 5 phins that was regulars at strip clubs, and know where the VIP room is. Daunte is not the only one in the NFL involved in that stuff. This guy is worth the risk, more then Brees. I would rather take a knee injury over a shoulder injury for a QB. Just my opinion. Feel free to leave yours.

Well...He doesn't have to demand it unless he's cut. He has an existing 10yr/100mil contract.

Condon was reported to not being Miami. I read that a few days ago. I have no reason to believe differently. I am sure he will be there if anything gets close
