Berlin actually was cut with the first "wave of cuts" . . . he didn't even make the final cutdown, which included Vick, Gibson, Riggs and company. I think he is officially done w/ the Dolphins organization. Wouldn't suprise me if we send Vick over to NFLE in preparation for next season to take Berlins exemption.
