Is Chad Johnson challenging Coach Philbin with new Twitter Avatar?

No. Its just Chad Johnson being the ******* he always is. **** Chad Johnson. Just get rid of this dip**** already. He dosent even want to play anyway. He's scared to play. He just wants to goof off.

He's scared to take hits and he is scared to go out there and find out he just cant play anymore and he wont be much more of an impact than he was last season. He is scared to find out Belichick and Brady were right to leave him buried on the depth chart. He cant handle the pressure of being counted on to start and actually produce. He's a ****ing joke.

Come on man!

That is nothing more then a vet being smart and taking care of his body. With every position in the secondary up for grabs the last thing he needs is getting blown up in a scrimmage by kids looking to make a name. But yeah cut him because the Gates, Pruit, Moore option is a recipe for success.

people really need to stop reaching and overreacting over the smallest things... this really isn't a big deal

Lol he's such a character! I'll reiterate what I said yesterday: People care too f---ing much. Get over your over-sensitive selves. Once it starts to affect the team (like in Cincy) then drop him like a ton of bricks. If he performs, then I say: "No ****s Given!"

I've read some far fetched things the past few days...."Vontae Davis is a cancer", "Garrard is better than Peyton Manning", and now "Chad Johnson challenging Coach Philbin with new Twitter Avatar". We know how to create entertainment here.

I think you guys are looking to far into it. It has Ocho Cinco On each finger... Its related to OCNN. He wants to be a fin, and if not Im sure hes not going to find another team. [h=2][/h]

Reading into it or not, no matter the medium Chad uses, he is ALWAYS representing the Dolphin organization and the NFL. I'm sure this will lead into another Johnson/Philbin moment on HK.

After all... it is good entertainment.

LOL at wanting a man to lose his job because of his Twitter avatar. Go drink some tobasco guys, it'll put some hair on your chest.

His tweets are odd now too but it is cool, the way I look at it if he is challenging Philbin it costs us nothing to cut him and Philbins gains hard ass points , showing who is boss by doing so.

Anyone who thinks he isn't being provocative and in the process undermining Philbins authority (deliberately or not) is high.

Philbin went on national tv telling him to cut out the profanity and one of the first things he does is literally give his coach the finger. How does that make Philbin look, a guy it was widely commented on could have been harder on Johnson.

The rights and wrongs of the original presser situation don't matter, nor does the fact that the whole profanity thing is overblown.
CJ knows that his coach took a little national media flak for being pretty understated in talking to him about his language. To turn around and publicly disregard Philbin and flaunt his preference to keep it crude is stupid, the kind of stupid that gets you cut.

Which would be a shame because I like the guy and feel he could do well with/for Miami.

Man jump to conclusions I just watched Hard Knocks and don't see how you guys draw these conclusions! A head coach ask him to not drop a f bomb and the player said ok. If we weren't on Hard Knocks no one would ever know. Guy looked like one of the hardest workers on the team next to Bush.

Agreed. Guys, don't freak out over this. I'm sure that if there's a blowup, we'll know soon enough.
