Is Coach Meyer to be the next Coker/Gruden/Martz?

I heard on the radio that there are 21 seniors on the UF team, and that most of the squad was recruited by Zook. Granted, Zook couldn't get it done, but can Meyer do it again with his own recruits, or will he end up like Larry Coker, or John Gruden, to name a few? Just curious.:confused: BTW, Congratulations Gators, you earned that victory Monday night. eace:

We shall see. Though, talent won't be a problem, as Meyer has put together two top 3 classes.

Ummm I would actually say that Urban Meyer is just as good if not better than Zook at recruiting. Meyer is also a way better coach than Zook.

That idea is laughable IMO. The way he adapted his system to fit the talent he had says even more about his coaching talent for me. As good of a recruiter as Zook was I think Meyer is even better.

I don't think Martz or Gruden were head coaches in college football, they just fit the same mold as asked in the question, they took over a team and drove it into the ground.:dolphins:

He meant because Martz and Gruden had success on some level with teams who were filled with another coaches players. Think Dave Wannstedt his first two years in Miami. Sure wer were a playoff team, but only because Jimmy's players hadn't been filtered out yet.
