Based on these first 3 games, its looking like we had a great great draft and got a real steal in DT in the 2nd round. With gettin DT in the 2nd round we were able to get Pouncey who is going to be our Center for a decade. Ingram is going to be great also but the more i see DT play the more im seeing just what talent this kid has. DT is breaking over 2-3 tackles a run! he is turning 2-3 yards carries into 6-8 yard carries. Its a bit early to say he is better than ingram but im buying it already. Gotta give some props to jeff ireland, he got us a pretty damn good draft this year. What a steal we got in DT.

As for Sproles and the reggie discussion, a bit early also but im leaning towards sproles on this one.

Mark Ingram will be a stud.

DT has surprised the **** outta me, he lowered his pad level form TC and preseason to now, ****ing incredible.

CMON MARSHALL!

this doesnt fit the ireland has to go mentality. even though he will be gone.

So far, two good picks. Pouncey wasn't a sexy pick but it was a necessity and Thomas has been great so far.

If the Dolphins can fix the right side, the line and running game are looking good for a couple of years.

I won't say one is better than the other yet but I'm very surprised at how well DT has been doing for us. He's running behind an absolutely terrible line, has only been a RB for 3 years, and didn't even know how to "run" going into this season. Compare that to Ingram who has 5 less carries than him but 72 less yards, and he runs behind a pretty good line and was said to be the most NFL ready back to come out in this draft.

What's encouraging in all this is that the next regime will have at least some good pieces to build with. 2 good Olinemen in Long and Pouncey, some good WRs, a good RB, some good defensive players. The rebuild could be pretty fast if we find the right QB in the draft and some good FA signings.

When the trifecta took this team, it was a painfully weak and almost talentless roster. At least they hit on some good players...

I'd still rather have Ingram and Mallett plus 3 extra players than DT and Pouncy at this point.

Are we actively trying to jinx our rooks? We're 3 games in. As an example of the way fortunes turn, we just picked up a player who was cut by his team a few years after having a monster rookie year.
