ok, we can argue the wildcat thing all day and all night,
is it legit, is it a gadget, is it over in finz land, etc....

but one thing.........

DAVID LEE sure used it to perfection in arkansas! for a good,
long while!!

some slowed it down, but NO ONE, stoped it. they new it was coming
and still couldnt stop it. even the big defenses like LSU got stomped
hard on facing it, but lee always had wrinkles in it.

so, all this being said........

is DAVID LEE in line for OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR job?

or...should he?

if you all remember, henning was HAPPILY retired and bill pretty much
had to beg him to come out and help him put this team back together.

i dont see DH lasting after no more than one year. in fact, he
could be one and done. its his choice, and i think he would love to
get back to hamocks and grand kids.

david lee is a well respected offensive mind and ya gotta admit, he
is a guy who is inovative and WILL look for the suprise thing and
loves to tinker with plays. we have been missing that for YEARS!!

wadda ya think?

and i am taking all his career into consideration, not just last sunday.

Does he still sing for Van Halan?

no...he's playing for the Knicks.

but seriously, I hope so. If for no other reason than because of the success I see Jason Garrett having after leaving the same position here.

I dunno if he'll replace Henning, but I do believe if this "wildcat" works even from time to time for us he will be an OC somewhere next year. Maybe even a smaller school HC. I guess we'll see what happens.

why the heck would lee even CONSIDER going to the
high school level, hc or not?

dude has had HIGH success in COLLEGE and THE NFL!

do folks REALLY think henning is going to coach the
3 remaining years with parcells?

i just dont think so. like i mentioned, he had to be dragged
into coaching this year! he was loving his retirement.

By small school, he means small college

if the wildcat can't be stopped why is it not ran every single play in the nfl? any response pretty much shows it can be stopped.

Henning's probably going to be around for one, maybe 2 seasons. If Lee stays around that long, then yeah, he probably becomes our OC.

I don't know who else would...Dorrell?

Ummm......I'll give a nod to henning considering I was openly calling for his dismissal a week ago. He showed me out of the box thinking, and, was creative.

That's all I ask. I'm good with Henning for the moment. All the gloryriders come in now after a win and gloat.....I hang back. I will not honor 1-2 with compliments.

I asked for somthing and it was given to me. I'm satisfied for the moment.

This next game is going to really mess with me....I can already tell.

Lienehan please. H's free. As long as he's on the field, he's dynamic and good.

As of now...I'm back to leaning towards Henning....I can seriously not believe he pulled that formation out.

Why is everyone talking like this formation is something great, we fooled the Pats that's all. It's not gonna be a staple in our offense, it's only a couple plays out of 60 or so. Some of you talking like we re-invented the wheel or something. So what happens against SD if we run it for no success does Henning become stupid again or if we don't run it will it be "why are we saving it we scored 5 TD's !!!!!!!!!!!"
It was a good package vs NE but don't expect to fool everyone or anyone else like we did there.

Certainly the WC had the Pats confused but we also ran the ball otherwise as well. IMO the key with the WC for us is the personnel we can put on the field and not every team can match that.

First, Ricky and Ronnie are a lethal combination, and the D has to respect the hand off to Ricky and the outflanking of the D in a flash. We’ve also got a number of TE’s with serious blocking chops and that powers the formation.

But most important the OL played incredible and pretty much dominated their matchups. So to me the real “news” here is just how much upside the OL has and the obvious dilemma Ricky and Ronnie pose to a D.

Actually do not underestimate the fact that Chad exploited the middle of the field before all the runs and WC opened up... he was not given enough credit for playing a mistake free solid game with deep and mid threats.

Dude, Sarah Palin can see Russia from some parts of Alaska...thats nice. What an idiot!
Lets leave the politics in another form. If you want to bring up lack of intelligence you need go no further back than Bill Clinton.
